Which wallpapers we install
We hang the main types sold today: traditional unpasted papers, pre-pasted papers activated with water, non-woven papers where the paste goes on the wall, vinyl and Type II commercial vinyl, and specialty materials such as grasscloth, silk, cork and mylar. Each type needs a different paste and a different technique, so we read the manufacturer's instructions for every roll before we start.
Why the wall matters more than the paper
Wallpaper shows every flaw under it. Nail pops, patched drywall and the light orange-peel texture common in Gwinnett new builds all telegraph through thin papers. That is why we inspect, repair and, where needed, skim coat and sand before priming. A proper wallcovering primer also makes the paper easier to remove years later without tearing the drywall face.
How long it takes
A powder room or a single accent wall is usually finished in a day. A bedroom or dining room with prep work typically takes one to two days. Large patterns with big repeats, ceilings, staircases and specialty papers take longer. We give you a schedule with the estimate.
What affects the price
Every quote is written after we see the walls or photos of them. These are the things that move the number:
- Wall condition and how much repair or skim coating is needed
- Type of paper: specialty papers such as grasscloth take more time
- Pattern repeat and how much matching is required
- Ceiling height, staircases and ceilings themselves
- Number of rooms and whether furniture needs moving

FAQ
Common questions
Do you supply the wallpaper?
Most clients or their designers buy the paper, and we install it. We are happy to check the quantity before you order so you do not run short or overbuy.
How many rolls do I need?
It depends on wall size, roll size and pattern repeat. Send us wall measurements and the product link, and we will calculate it for you, including waste for matching.
Can you hang wallpaper over textured walls?
Not directly. Texture shows through most papers. We skim coat and sand the wall smooth first, then prime it. See our surface preparation page.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Grayson and work across Gwinnett County and Metro Atlanta, including Snellville, Loganville, Lawrenceville, Buford, Suwanee, Duluth, Alpharetta and Atlanta.
